Brief: create an innovative packaging for the first craft distillery from Bucharest
Status: mass produced
ZEN GIN by GIN RELIGION- “More than holly water” is the initial product created by Romanian first craft distillery from Bucharest. The brief consisted in creating an iconic innovative glass bottle inspired by Art Deco style. Beside the memorable bottle design, the packaging includes as the main label an innovative dynamic magnetic cocktail recipe disks that rotate inspiring the end user to find the perfect serve. After the bottle is emptied, the recipe disks can be removed and placed independently on any metal surface (fridge) as a token.
The packaging design is enhanced by the semi-opaque, frosted black finishes of the bottle combined with the copper finishes which are chosen in correlation with the copper equipment used in the distillation process. Furthermore, the engraved wooden cap, the debossed logo placed on the side of the bottle and the bold label design provide a coherent packaging.
