2PLUG is not only a functional desk lamp, but also a critical object that addresses over consumption. The avant-garde concept consists of two plugs: one oversized (designed from black, opaque plastic) and the other functional (made from 2 transparent cylinders in which the LEDs will be inserted). The main concept was to generate a paradox through their association. The explicit form of the object suggests that the LED technology reduces energy costs.
